We are excited to announce that Click & Collect is now available at 8/81 Bishop Street, Kelvin Grove 4059 (Brisbane, QLD).

Please note that your click & collect orders will be available for collection from Monday to Friday between 9.30AM to 3PM and Saturday 9.30AM to 12:00PM. Typically, orders will be ready within 1-2 hours. If you have any special requests, please feel free to call us at 07 3559 2097.

Shipping information

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9.30AM - 3PM Saturday 9.30AM - 12PM. 

Our transit times are:

  • Standard delivery - 2 to 7 business days
  • Express delivery - 1 to 4 business days
  • Brisbane next-day delivery available (not guaranteed)

Please be informed that we process online orders (excluding pick-up orders) within 24 to 48 hours or even sooner. You will receive the tracking number a few days after completing your purchase. Please note that transit times are approximate and delays may occur due to network disruption from Australia Post or Sendle.

Attention international customers: Please note that shipping fees will be charged for orders outside of Australia. It's important to keep this in mind when placing your order. Also, please be aware that our free shipping option for orders $95 or more only applies to orders within Australia. 

Deliveries will be made by post or by a delivery carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery of your order.

Order insurance & signature delivery is optional. This service requires the signature of the receiver. If the receiver is unavailable, the parcel will be dropped at the local post office for collection.

Standard delivery: The parcel will be sent as standard post service which means the parcel will be left if it is safe to do so. If unsuccessful to leave the parcel, the courier or post will take the parcel back to the local post office for collection. Standard delivery does not require a signature and it is marked as Authority to leave by default.

If we are unable to deliver your order we will notify you to try to arrange an alternative solution. If we have been unable to contact you after 10 days from the first time delivery were attempted, we will cancel your order and refund the money paid by you for the products that were ordered after we receive them back, less any shipping charges.

We may deliver the products in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

Products are sent at your own risk until signed or received by you or by any other person at the address you have supplied.

Please allow at least ten (10) working days for delivery from receiving your order and payment for your order. Delivery time is subject to stock availability, and your location within Australia, this period may be extended by up to 30 days. We will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that extension.

Important:
If your order was damaged during the shipment, please get in touch with us immediately within 24 hours by sending an email to info@thegiftcompany.com.au.

It's important to note that we require photos of the damaged goods, and we may not be able to process any claims if we are contacted after 24 hours of receiving your parcel. However, if you contact us within the given time, you can return your damaged product, and we will replace it for you free of charge.
